Collection Procedure – Business Hours
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Saturday , Sunday and Public Holidays 8am 12pm
1. Once you have arrived and collected your luggage, please call Evolve Rentals on 07 5648 5083 and advise the staff member of the booking name so the courtesy bus can be arranged to collect you.
2. Proceed to the meeting point as shown in the diagram below.
*Please note that the courtesy bus only seats 9 people and there may be other collections at the same time as your collection. Please only send 1-2 people per booking in the courtesy bus.
Collection Procedure – After Hours
If you are arriving outside our business hours a staff member will contact you prior to your departure with collection instructions.
Returns Procedure – During Business Hours
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Saturday , Sunday and Public Holidays 8am 12pm
1. Return vehicle to Evolve Rentals depot located at 169-171 Wharf St Tweed Heads NSW 2485.
2.Staff will check your vehicle in with you and will arrange the courtesy bus to take you to Coolangatta Airport.
